STEVEN Mitchell, 43, of Abbotsford Drive, St Ann's, will appear at Nottingham Crown Court on June 6. He is charged with using threatening behaviour and having a knuckleduster in Maid Marian Way, Nottingham, on January 28. He is on unconditional bail.
EMILY Allen, 26, of Huthwaite Lane, Blackwell, Alfreton, was fined £400 for keeping an unlicensed vehicle in Bulwell. Magistrates in Nottingham heard the offence happened on September 6 last year. The case was proved in her absence. She must pay the fine, back duty of £71.67 and costs of £90.
ALISON Burgin, 41, of Trafalgar Road, Beeston, was fined £600 for having an unlicensed vehicle in Trafalgar Road on September 4 last year. After the case was proved in her absence at Nottingham Magistrates' Court, she was fined, ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £17.50 and costs of £90.
BHUPINDER Dhaliwal, 41, of Glebe Road, West Bridgford, was fined £35 for keeping an unlicensed vehicle in Glebe Road on July 28 last year. He pleaded guilty by post. As well as the fine, he has to pay vehicle excise back duty of £30 and costs of £90.

CHARLOTTE Hearn, 20, of Carnarvon Road, Huthwaite, has been fined £130 by magistrates in Nottingham. She kept an unlicensed vehicle in Carnarvon Road on September 8. After entering a guilty plea by post, she was ordered to pay the fine, vehicle excise back duty of £33.75 and costs of £90.
NICHOLAS Wheeldon, 40, of Baldwin Street, Newthorpe, was fined £400 for having an unlicensed vehicle in Lodge Wood Close, Bulwell, on September 6 last year. The case was proved in his absence. He was also ordered to pay costs of £90.
MICHAEL Buckley, 39, of West Walk, Sneinton, has been fined £165 for using threatening behaviour in West Bridgford. Magistrates in Nottingham heard the offence was racially aggravated and happened on September 22 last year. He was found guilty at Nottingham Magistrates' Court. The fine was issued with requirements to pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £100.
ASHLEY Eadson, 42, of Chatsworth Street, Sutton-on-Ashfield, received a community order at Nottingham Magistrates' Court. He had driven a Vauxhall Zafira car on the A1 at Newark and Long Bennington, when disqualified, on September 26 last year. After pleading guilty this month, he was given the community order and 150 hours of unpaid work. He further admitted not having insurance for the car. Magistrates ordered six penalty points be added to his licence for this offence.
PHILLIP Darby, 46, of Walbrook Close, Cinderhill, pleaded not guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Nottingham on August 30 last year. He will have a trial at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on March 27 and is on unconditional bail.
SEAN Marriott, 34, of Princess Street, Eastwood, was fined £65 at Nottingham Magistrates' Court. He admitted assault in Arnold on November 18 last year. As well as the fine, he has to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.
LIAM Bradley, 25, of Nottingham Road, Eastwood, pleaded guilty to criminal damage. Magistrates in Nottingham heard he damaged a window in Chapel Street, Eastwood, on January 30. He further pleaded guilty to assaulting a female on the same date. He is on conditional bail to return to court on April 24 at 2pm.
MOHAMMED Khan, 26, of Sargent Gardens, St Ann's, pleaded guilty to criminal damage. Nottingham Magistrates' Court heard he damaged a window in Hendon Rise, St Ann's, on January 7. He is on conditional bail to attend court on April 10.
SARAH Price, 28, of Rosecroft Drive, Edwards Lane, Sherwood, was fined £55 for driving without due care and attention. She was driving a Perodua car in Collin Street, Nottingham, without due care on April 19 last year. Magistrates in Nottingham heard she had admitted the offence and issued the fine. They also required her to pay £150 compensation, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. Her licence will be endorsed with four penalty points.
PATRICIA Snipe, 84, of Beckingham Road, Barnby, Newark, was fined £400 for driving without due care and attention. At Nottingham Magistrates' Court, she pleaded guilty to the offence. It happened in a Nissan Micra car in Balderton Lane, Newark, on July 9 last year. As well as the fine, she is required to pay a £15 victim surcharge and costs of £85. Three penalty points will be added to her licence.
DONALD Berridge, 75, of The Dovecotes, Beeston, was fined £150 after he was found guilty of criminal damage. Magistrates in Nottingham heard he damaged the boot lid of a Skoda Octavia car in Beeston on December 3 last year. Together with the fine, he is required to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £100.
