He also admitted damaging the door to a property and has to pay the council £162.64 compensation. Magistrates ordered that he completes a community order and finishes 150 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. He further admitted resisting a second police officer in the execution of her duty and received the same community penalty.

She did not inform the department that she was working between August 14, 2009, and April 24, 2011. She also failed to tell them that her capabilities had improved, which she knew would affect her entitlement to Disability Living Allowance, between August 12, 2009, and May 6, 2011. After admitting both offences at court in January, she received the community order and a six-month curfew at her home address. She also has to pay £150 towards court costs.
