New awards for top traders
TWO new categories have been introduced in an annual search for top businesses.
The Town Trader Awards recognise businesses in Ilkeston and Long Eaton that offer excellence and good customer service.
The scheme is organised by enterprise agency Erewash Partnership and Erewash Borough Council.
The new categories are for best new town centre business and unsung hero. Others are for best restaurant, café, or takeaway; best pint and pub grub; best customer service; most attractive market stall; most friendly business to babies and children; most friendly business to disabled people; cleanest shop front; and best window display.
