Nottingham Concert Band have been left with an empty performance slot after charity organisers pulled out of a planned concert because of an internal clash of dates.
The band had put together a spring programme called Home and Away, ranging from Shostakovich to Glenn Miller and featuring local composers Eric Coates and David Machell.
