Murder accused will not be bailed
A MAN charged with shooting a Nottingham dad in the head has been remanded in custody for a further three weeks.
Gerald Breslin, 38, of Winterton Rise, Bestwood Park, is charged with murdering Mark Shaw, 24, on Saturday, August 21, and with possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life.

Mr Shaw, also of Winterton Rise, was found in the back garden of a house in Heatherington Gardens, Top Valley, with a gunshot wound to his head.
A judge yesterday remanded Breslin in custody until his next hearing on September 17.
