Murder accused Dean Betton remanded in custody over death of James Brodie
A man has appeared in court via video link charged with the murder of James Brodie.
Dean Betton, 32, of Raleigh Street, Radford, had his first hearing at Lincoln Crown Court this afternoon.
It is alleged he murdered James Brodie at Maize Farm, East Heckington, Lincolnshire, between October 3 and 5, 2003.
His case was adjourned for a further hearing on April 29. He remains in custody.
