A MUM-OF-TWO with a debilitating spinal condition is now pain-free with the help of a four-week treatment course.

Lucy Flux, 29, of Cropwell Bishop, has suffered severe pain from her curved spine since being pregnant with her first child three years ago.

The condition known as Scoliosis, where the spine is curved by more than ten degrees, is suffered by 4% of the population.

But the drama teacher's condition has improved since starting a four-week private treatment course run by Scoliosis SOS. She did exercises to lengthen the spine and strengthen the muscles to hold it in the right place.

Since returning home from the firm's base in Suffolk last month she has helped maintain her new spine shape by doing exercises with wall bars installed in her home.

Mrs Flux said: "Since coming for treatment I am relatively pain-free, something I am ecstatic about."

The four-week course run by Scoliosis SOS cost £2,400, but Mrs Flux received a free consultation. For more details visit www.scoliosissos.com.
