Mr Moss, 48, was found injured at his house in Canal Street at 9pm on Wednesday. A post-mortem examination revealed he died from injuries suffered during an assault.
An inquest opened yesterday how police were called by neighbours. They found Mr Moss in the living room and tried to revive him.
