Man charged over armed robbery of Nuthall store

A BROXTOWE man has been charged in connection with an armed robbery in Nuthall.

Daniel Adam Keith Lawrence (24), of Beckley Road, is accused of robbing the convenience store in Ash Crescent on January 22 and taking a quantity of cash.

He was arrested in the Basford area of Nottingham yesterday and was charged this afternoon with robbery, possession of an imitation firearm and possession of a bladed/pointed instrument.

Has been remanded to appear at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on Friday 3 February.
