Man caught begging in Nottingham has to pay out £15
A 50-YEAR-OLD man from Forest Fields has been conditionally discharged for six months for begging.
James Anderson, of Bentinck Road, pleaded guilty at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on February 21. He was begging in Talbot Street, Nottingham, on February 9.

Justices also ordered Anderson to pay a £15 victim surcharge. The same conditional discharge was imposed on a second admitted offence of failing to surrender to custody at court on February 21.
