Man arrested over Arnold knife attack
A 54-YEAR-OLD man was left with facial injuries and slash wounds on his arm and shoulder following an incident in Arnold last night.
Police were called to a house in Beechwood Road in the evening. checking time

A 23-year-old Arnold man, who was arrested in connection with the incident at a nearby address, was being interviewed by police today.
Police say the attack is believed to have been a targeted, isolated attack and the victim is expected to be released from the hospital today.

A cordon remains in place at the scene while police conduct their enquiries into the incident.
