Man accused of Rainworth Boxing Day murder dies from terminal illness
A MAN charged with murdering his 70-year-old Rainworth neighbour on Boxing Day has died.
Jeffrey Burton, 60, passed away in prison custody at Nottingham City Hospital at 11.25pm yesterday.

He had been suffering from a terminal illness and his death was not unexpected.
He was accused of murdering pensioner Harry Tindall in Pearl Close at noon on Monday, December 26, 2011.
No further action is being taken against a 54-year-old woman arrested and bailed in connection with the incident.
Burton had been due to attend a Nottingham Crown Court hearing today.
An inquest will be held into his death.
