Long Eaton's West Park leisure centre's upgrading gets under way
WORK is now under way on upgrading West Park Leisure Centre in Long Eaton over the next three months.
The scheme will be in two stages and will include moving the gym to the first floor to create an improved fitness area.
The first phase started on December 10 in the sauna and steam room area. The work will then see the upstairs transformed into a gym.
The £235,000 project is expected to be finished by February.
