Lindsey Inger Hucknall tram death: Experts to probe incident
INDEPENDENT investigators will examine in detail how a 13-year-old girl was hit and killed on a tram crossing.
The Rail Accident Investigation Branch has outlined the exact terms of its probe into the November 28 accident.

Lindsey Inger, of Bulwell, died after she was hit at the double tram and rail crossing near Bestwood Village.
The RAIB had previously said it was conducting an initial investigation and has now released further details.

In a statement it said: "The investigation will identify the sequence of events that led to the accident and any factors which may have influenced the actions of the young girl (including lighting conditions and the audibility of the approaching tram)."
Lindsey was hit nearly four years to the day after a woman and her grandson died on the rail line side of the crossing.
Lindsey's funeral takes place today at St Margaret's Church in Aspley.
