“I could put a few letters after my name, but it wouldn't really prove anything, would it? And you would still be a minor fantasist in Huddersfield who has such a small, um, degree of confidence that he compensates by buying up as many letters as he can to put after his name, and then actually using them while boasting about the ones he hasn't used.

And if your limited achievement were actually in any doubt, one just has to ask why anyone who was actually a significant figure on the World stage would be wasting his time arguing on the comments section of a minor provincial paper with a bunch of people who have no such delusions of grandeur, but are clearly just enjoying making fun of him.”

“By the way Doc, despite your assertion concerning the Institution of Civil Engineers, I think that the Worshipful Company of Saddlers predates it as the UK's oldest chartered professional body, the leather guys having being incorporated by Charter in 1272 as opposed to the Civil Engineers in 1828.

Just saying, but is there any progress on my original questions Doc?”

You ask the right questions. Unfortunately you do not know the mechanisms that work where some of the largest companies in the world operate. You may remember if you read the link to the Glaxo fine that the author asking if it was a fine or corportae expense? He was asking the right question because the applicable drugs sold by Glaxo was cited at $28 billion over a 10-yera period. It is known in the business world that drug companies have a profit mark-up of over 50%. So take 50% of $28 billion and you have a minimum profit of $14 billion less say $2 billion for the drugs R&D and you are left with a minimum of $12 billion profit. Take the $3 billion fine away and you still have $9 billion in profits. So really the fine was a company expense in reality. But the reason why this cure has been suppressed is because some of the largest companies in the world have politicians and their leaders in their back pockets. You may not know but in 2011 just 2,000 companies controlled 51% of the world's total economic turnover according to Forbes or in nominal terms some $36 Trillion - http://tinyurl.com/cn6rhkk

This wealds tremendous power behind the scenes and political leaders unfortunately behind closed doors bow to this. When you think that there are hundreds of millions of businesses and companies in the world, the mere 2,000 companies puts this clearly into perspective and what they can do.

18 months ago we had a conference call with Gates Foundation in Seattle – the people on the line covered the 5 continents. This concerned the introduction of the world's most advanced HIV/AIDs testing kit that had been created in one of the developing countries but had international accreditation. Although it was a lot cheaper than what they cost in the Because it did not fit into the Gates stable, it was ignored. The reason is because Bill Gates invests his Foundations money and only gives 3% at most away to humanitarian causes. The rest at 97% makes him richer every year and his personal wealth went up $6 billion last year.

But getting back to the question that you ask. Since 2004 the Home Office has known about the cure and although many meetings have been held they have not accepted it although they know the suffering that hard drugs cause. Therefore you tell me why they have not introduced it? To my knowledge the drug companies are working behind the scenes all the time and the UK is not without corruption, and the higher you go the higher the corruption.

I hope that you can read between the lines to the reasons why this presently has not been introduced but where I have reliable information that Germany will be the first to introduce it. The reason, 50% of the R&D was undertaken by their scientists – The Leibniz Institutes – Germany's finest research institutions.

"Apparently you are still very wet behind the ears. Therefore please make sure that you get your nappy changed tonight will you."

Do you think I wear a nappy on my head due to my wet ears Doc? Is this common practice at your hairdressing salon and do you exchange pictures of this on specialist websites? What was Tony Blair's view on nappy apparel?

    By the way,

How long has your foundation been running for?
What quantifiable benefit has been derived and to whom, following your foundation's inception?"”

What are your qualifications and fellowships of international institutions or don't you think that the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (with 160,000+ members worldwide), the Chartered Management Institute that represents business leaders in management around the world and predominantly in the UK, the Association of Building Engineers (formerly Incorporated Association of Architects and Surveyors (IAAS) and the Royal society of Arts have any merit? All need first class honours degrees or above. What fellowships have you respectfully been awarded?

By the way I used to have three more memberships of chartered institutions if you are interested? If you are interested also, I have been recently asked to apply for fellowship of the Institution of Civil Engineers (the UK's oldest chartered institution).

“Dr Hill, do the various governments know about this? Surely if such a cure were to be available, governments would jump at the chance to eradicate 'hard drug' use and instead of selling their 'maintenance' products, make more money by selling them an ongoing cure?”

What a lot of letters you suddenly acquired! Just how insecure do you have to be to add that lot after your name, including membership of the organization that you invented yourself?”

“Make sure that they do not ring the hairdressers that some others have cited as our offices Neo_MadBadger, because they will be out of luck. But if your D/G friends do by mistake ring them, have they any curlers for sale as the girls might just need a few? By the way I am cutting hair until 10am and the reason why I carn't speak to them before.

A couple of hairdryers might not go a miss either if they have them?
