Investigation into death at Autumn Grange Residential Care Home
POLICE are looking into what caused the death of a woman weeks after she was forced to move out of a Notts care home because it was closing.
Notts Police said the 86-year-old died yesterday at a nursing home she had been moved to after the closure of Autumn Grange Residential Home, Sherwood Rise, on Monday, November 5.

Nottingham City Council said the home's owners decided to shut it after the authority raised "serious concerns" about standards there.
The woman was one of 28 people moved to new homes by the council before the closure.
