Ince promised money from Magpies' Cup run to lead club forward
NOTTS County made more than £600,000 from their memorable FA Cup campaign and Magpies boss Paul Ince has been promised most of the cash to spend on players to lead the club forward.
The Magpies beat Premier League Sunderland in the third round of the competition and almost claimed a famous victory against Manchester City at Meadow Lane in the fourth round, before losing in a replay to the Blues.

They banked a whopping £112,500 in prize money by winning three rounds, and a further £216,000 because their two ties against City were screened live. They also received at least £275,000 in gate receipts.
"It's been great financially for the club," said Ince. "For every little club like us a run in the FA Cup is so important.
"We were really fortunate with the draws we had and it's brought a lot of money into the club. We need that to buy players to move forward."
Ince is focused on keeping Notts in League One this season, but ultimately wants to lead them into the Championship.
He also said the Magpies' Cup run has made him more determined to manage in the Premier League again. He was sacked after less than six months in charge at Blackburn Rovers.
"I will one day, that's for sure," he added. "When you go and play the big teams in big stadiums it gives me that determination to get back there in the future.
"But at the moment I'm having a fantastic time here and I'm enjoying it.
"The club has come a long way since we've been here, me and Alex (Rae).
"To go to Sunderland and win, to play Manchester City at Meadow Lane and to go to Eastlands has been great."
On-loan David Martin has returned to Derby County for treatment on his groin injury.
