Illegal immigrants caught in fast food restaurant
THREE illegal immigrants have been caught in Ilkeston by the UK Border Agency.
Acting on intelligence, UK Border Agency officers visited USA Chicken Express, South Street, at 5.20pm on Monday.
One Iranian man, 33, and a Turkish man, 28, were found working despite not having permission to do so in the UK.
Another Turkish man, 26, with no right to remain in the UK, was found upstairs.
All three are set to be returned to their home nations.
The business may now face a fine of up to £20,000.
