“Another young life lost in such tragic circumstances. Upon reading the reported facts earlier, one can understand why the driver failed to stop.
One hopes that given a few days to reflect upon his devastating actions, and the serious consequiences of such, the driver comes forward.
The driver would most certainly have felt the impact, also the car will most likely have been damaged. Let us pray that the driver is tormented by his concience, into repoting the matter....
To conclude, my sincere condolences to the victims family and friends.”
