The normally taciturn skating champions – who shot to fame when they received 12 perfect sixes after performing Bolero at the Winter Olympics in Sarajevo 28 years ago – talk candidly about their professional and personal life.

Speaking about her struggle to have children, Jayne, 55, tells Piers how she was put off having a family because of her skating career.
She was in her forties by the time she began trying for a child, then suffered an ectopic pregnancy.
An emotional Jayne tells the broadcaster: "I didn't know what that meant. They said 'the embryo's growing in one of the tubes' and I said 'oh, ok so how do you get it out then?' And they said 'we don't, we can't.' So that's when it hit me.
"So we tried IVF for about a year. That, as a lot of women know, is traumatic in itself."
Jayne goes on to talk about her decision to adopt after she visited a friend who had just been through the process.
"At that point, I wasn't ready to look into adoption," she says. "I said to my husband, 'I don't know if I could do this.' And I went to see this little boy and I wanted to bring him home."
Jayne describes how "scary" finally having a family was for her, fighting back the tears as she talks about her adopted son and daughter.
"She's never talked about it in public before," Christopher intervenes.
Meanwhile, Christopher, 54, talks about his childhood in Nottingham and how his mum left him when he was just a little boy. "I think that made me a stronger person," he says. "And then out of that came the determination."
And the show also hears from Dancing on Ice judge Karen Barber, who is now in a relationship with Christopher, following the breakdown of his marriage.
"You've known Karen 40 years, what on earth were you waiting for?" jokes Piers.
"Timing's everything," Christopher replies. "I'm a different person from what I was 40 years ago.
"Now I'm a very mature, sensible, level-headed, got-it-right, chilled out rampant ice-skater."
Piers Morgan's Life Stories is on ITV tonight at 9pm.
