Husband charged with wife's murder
THE husband of a woman who has been missing for almost three years has been charged with her murder.
Jamie Starbuck, 36, of no fixed address, was arrested at Heathrow Airport on Saturday.
Debbie Starbuck, 44, was last seen around April 27, 2010.
Her husband has been remanded in custody and will appear at Nottingham Magistrates' Court today. He has also been charged with theft.
