House fire in Clifton
FIREFIGHTERS were called to a house fire in Clifton this morning.
Crews from West Bridgford and Highfields stations attended the blaze in Farnborough Road at 6.12am.
The inferno ripped through the ground floor of a terrace house, but no one was injured by the fire.
A neighbour alerted the emergency services to the scene and the flames took around an hour to extinguish.

Notts Fire and Rescue Service are due to conduct an investigation in the next hour to try and ascertain how the fire started.
