Hollywood's new Magnificent 7 for Boots No. 7
IT has been helping women look good for 77 years – and some of it is scientifically proven to prevent ageing.
But although Boots' No7 range is widely acclaimed it has not been widely available across the Atlantic.
That is about to change as the Nottingham-made product is set to take the States by storm when it hits the shelves of America's largest pharmacy chain for the first time.
A recently-opened flagship Walgreens store in Los Angeles will stock the skincare and make-up line as part of the company's partnership with Boots, which was formed last June.

And there are plans in the future for the brand to be rolled out across all Walgreens' 8,000 stores in the US.
Boots said it was delighted at the addition of the No7 range to Walgreens' flagship Hollywood store.
A spokesman for the company said: "This move is a sign of Alliance Boots' determination, working with Walgreens, to bring the No7 range of cosmetics and skincare products to a wide number of their customers in the US in due course, which we are very excited about."
No7 is the UK's leading skincare brand. Launched in 1935 it is best known for its internationally-acclaimed range of anti-ageing beauty serums, developed by the Boots product development team in Nottingham and all independently scientifically-tested.
No7 has been sold in some US stores but not on the scale now planned through the Walgreens chain. And the signs are that American women will take to the products as well as the British with sales in the US last year increasing by more than 25 per cent.
A spokesman for Walgreens said: "The new store will have specially-trained beauty advises, including a No7 beauty adviser, on hand to offer guidance finding the best solutions for individual needs."
The countries where No7 is currently sold are the UK, Republic of Ireland, Norway, The Netherlands, Thailand, Sweden, Romania, Finland, Canada, Denmark, Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Singapore and the US.
