A COMPANY which provides homes and businesses with renewable energy has launched in Nottingham.

Eco-Environments has opened a city office as part of a UK-wide expansion plan.

Business development manager Steve Baker will man the base supported by the company's three directors. There are plans to create more jobs in the coming months.

The company specialises in solar panels, wind turbines, solar thermal water heating systems and heat pumps.

Director David Hunt said: "We will work closely with homeowners in the region, while also looking to develop strong strategic partnerships with architects, house builders, social landlords, property developers and business organisations."
