GEDLING MP Vernon Coaker has travelled to Washington this week, where he will meet President Barack Obama.
The Shadow Secretary of State for Northern Ireland will have a lunch and dinner with the US supremo at the White House during his three-day visit.

He flew out on Monday and will return on Wednesday, and will be back in time for his local surgery on Friday.
