GBH trial for Vito Difina over father Giuseppe's death
A MAN charged with grievous bodily harm in connection with his father's death is set to stand trial next month.
Vito Difina 40, of Cavendish Road, Carlton, appeared at Nottingham Crown Court yesterday. He was charged after police were called to a house in Cliff Road, Carlton, on September 10 last year. His father, Giuseppe Difina, 68, was taken to hospital but died three days later.

Vito Difina will next appear at Nottingham Crown Court on March 11. A trial date has been set for March 13.
