Free scheme to help Nottingham lorry firms save fuel
A SCHEME is being launched to help business owners reduce costs on their vehicle fleets.
A workshop is to be held on Tuesday, March 12, to launch the Eco Stars Fleet Recognition scheme.

This is being offered free in Nottingham through the Big Wheel Business Club.
By implementing the measures recommended by the scheme, it is claimed a lorry operator could reduce fuel consumption by at least five per cent in the first year.

The Big Wheel is an organisation that encourages the use of walking, cycling, and public transport in the Greater Nottingham area.
It also works with businesses on issues such as transport access for employees, customers, visitors and deliveries.
