Forest back in training
Nottingham Forest returned to pre-season training this morning.
New strikers David McGoldrick, wearing 17, and Dele Adebola, number nine, joined in along with winger Paul Anderson, who made his move from Liverpool permanent yesterday.

Last season's skipper James Perch was out on the field, although he was wearing a protective air cast on his left foot.
Julian Bennett, who ruptured knee ligaments on Boxing Day last year, was on the training pitch but will not be fit for the start of the campaign.

“well happy with the david mcgoldrick signing i think he will be a fan favourite and also paul anderson with alot of potensial i think hell be the one to watch this season. along with paul mckenna bit of experiance in that midfeild position could help us out alot but with him being at preston all of his career it will be hard to get him here u redsss”

“Gary, Maybe he wil or maybe he won't. We'll have to wait and see but if not Dexter we still need a striker maybe 2 if Earnie goes.”

“Don't forget BD said he wants 2 players for every position so that'll be the left wing sorted with Ando and Tyson, Centre Forwards Adebola and Earnshaw with Mcgoldrick and Blackstock as rhe other two.”

“Nick Exeter Do you honestly thin the manager is going to be able to do all those things to 27 year old Ive said it many Tyson has the speed of Linford Christie and the football brain of Mickey Mouse the only thing the manager can do with him is put him on the bench Then when defenders are tiring about the 65 minute bring him on Hes not much use for anything else There have been posts today saying he didnt play many games but he playes more than Garner Earnshaw and Anderson”

“What a waste of time commenting on, and trying to draw conclusion from, the numbers on the players' training gear. Why not ring the Club Shop, which will be selling the replicas in due course, and find out who will be wearing which numbers. They will no doubt tell you that the manager has not yet allocated the squad numbers for the coming season.”
by and i dont expect him to be going anywhere, but up with the reds
