Forest players Wilson and Tyson are transfer targets for rivals
NOTTINGHAM Forest will have to fight off interest in both Nathan Tyson and Kelvin Wilson, as they look to retain their squad for another Championship promotion push.
Southampton may up their initial £400k offer for striker Tyson, which was rejected.

They will face competition from several Championship sides, who are also interested.
And Celtic have also renewed their pursuit of defender Wilson, who Hoops boss Neil Lennon played with at the City Ground.
It is believed that both players are keen on a move, following in the footsteps of James Perch, who was sold to Newcastle and Joe Garner, who joined Huddersfield on loan until January.
The Reds have tabled a £1.5m bid for Cardiff's Peter Whittingham and are also hot on the trail of Swansea's Darren Pratley and striker Jay Simpson, who is expected to be released by Arsenal.
They are also planning a loan move for Chelsea full-back Patrick van Aanholt, with Nicky Shorey unwilling to return to Forest.
Forest had made nine new signings by this stage last year and manager Billy Davies said: "I have advised the players we should target.
"In the current financial climate it is entirely right that the purchase and sale of players is left in the hands of the board."

“'ole time red, spoken like a true war veteran. spot on, on the money. as for rich mate your starting to sound alot like BD. i understand where your coming from but billy feels the need to over do it like playing cohen garner and tyson all out on the wing. lets not give him this choice!
Bring big John back i say. him over any championship player every day of the week”

“Wilson out, Big Johnny Heildier in on a free. Him and Morgan at the back, solid as a rock. God we do miss big John at the back. any old true Forest fan would remember..
Being a old pro, Adebola, Mcgugan, Mcgoldrick, Tyson, Lynch can all go. we would be better off without them. The use of bringing on Adebola when we need goals is like bringing on Heskey when England are 3-1 down V the Germans! What Billy sees in him and the rest of the above mentioned i will never know...
Time for new signings in, before we sabotage the start of our campaign.”

“we need better away form next season. i kmnow we had a great run last season but we have only won 6 away games since BD took over. I thinnk we should keep both of these we don't need to be a selling club we have a small club surely it is better to sign players before you start letting them go.”
