Forest player faces new date for trial
THE jury in the case of Nottingham Forest striker Darius Henderson has been discharged by the judge.
Judge Martin Griffith told the five men and seven women at St Alban's Crown Court that the case could not continue because a witness was unavailable, working on a sheep farm in Australia.

Henderson, 31, right, who previously played for Watford and Millwall, and lives in Markyate, Hertfordshire, had denied causing grievous bodily harm to a man at Darcy's restaurant, in St Albans, on New Year's Day 2012.
No new date has been fixed for the trial.
