Forest deny takeover rumours
NOTTINGHAM Forest today insisted reports that the club was about to be sold to a Middle East consortium are 'complete rubbish'.
A national newspaper this morning suggested that Martin O'Neill was set to be lured away from Aston Villa to take over as manager, once the Dubai based group arrive.

But chief executive Mark Arthur said that there was no foundation in any recent speculation that the club was to be sold, with former Notts County boss Sam Allardyce also said to be heading up a consortium interested in the club.
"It's rubbish," said Arthur, who added that the Championship club is not for sale.

Just wait and see what happens when you spend a few years in this Div if you think things are bad now at the bit of land with all the scaffolding still in place then just wait till then, Plane ticket for Appleby.”

“"the 35million in directors loans is from CFFN a venture Capital Company ND owns not from him directly".....it seems to me that this company was set up purely to invest in forest seeing as the name is simply NFFC backwards...... cunning, well done that man.”
