NOTTINGHAM Forest have today confirmed the signings of Dexter Blackstock and Joel Lynch.

Striker Blackstock, 23, has joined on a four-year deal from QPR for a seven figure fee.

Left-back Lynch, 21, comes in for £200,000 from Brighton and Hove Albion and it is believed he has agreed a three-year contract.

“Company Director - I own my own business, which is a private limited company, and lend it money interest free. Nottingham Forest is also a private limited company, so the same rules apply to them. I am sure that ND charges interest for tax reasons. Of course different rules will apply to the larger PLCs etc.”

it is good for the city, but is it possible for notts fan base to overtake ours ??
maybe because of notts takeover is good for forest to keep them on thier toes, maybe that is why doughty is spending big for first time since david platt era”

“Stan you can not lend money interest free to a limited company you can to a private company though To lend money interest free to a limited company contravence The Companies act brought in 1991 So our chairman is charging interest because the law says he has to”

“Am I dreaming? If I am, please wake me up somebody. Otherwise, we can all look back on July 2009 as the month we started as Championship also-rans hoping for the respectability of a mid-table finish - but ended with genuine ambitions for an early - and much overdue - return to the top flight. "Serious about promotion"? - better late than never!”
