FOOTBALL mad youngsters are sending more than 200 shoeboxes filled with goodies out to soldiers in Afghanistan.

Keyworth United Under-14s have been filling the shoeboxes with items such as soap, toothpaste and magazines.

The youngsters have smashed their target of collecting 50 shoeboxes and will be sending out 210 to troops based out in Afghanistan.
