Food and drink news: Super Bowl XLIV, Fab IV
LISTEN to The Beatles as perhaps you've never heard them before at one of the city centre's best pubs.
DJ Mono, who does a regular Sunday session at the Dragon, in Long Row, is this Sunday spinning the sounds of the Fab Four.

US sport Watch the Super Bowl live at Hooters or the Walkabout
DJ Mono's set always involves the more chilled out sounds of the 60s and 70s with visual treats in the form of projected images of era film posters and other artifacts of cool. Another talents is for finding unique covers of well-known songs.
"The originals," he says of the Beatles oeuvre, "cannot be bettered, but they can be done differently. Countless musicians and bands have transposed The Beatles into styles as diverse as country and western, reggae or even waltzes."
Most Beatles covers, he says, were recorded while the Beatles were still active. "Some turned out to be rather fabulous in their own right, others were unintentionally amusing, but no less fascinating for that."
Catch DJ Mono from 5pm.
MAYBE you still deeply care about the fate of your favourite NFL team. Maybe you're up for a little '80s Channel 4 nostalgia. Maybe you're just an insomniac.
Whatever the reason, the Walkabout and Hooters have all your Super Bowl needs taken care of late Sunday night.
The big game "starts" at 11.30pm, but there's always a lot of pre-game ritual to get through. Basically, its best to plan for a post-4am exit if you plan on watching the whole thing.
If you're heading to Hooters, Queens Road, you may also want to be there by 10-ish if you want a decent view. More than 300 people have already booked, so good luck with a table.
At the Walkabout, Friar Lane, there's a £5 entry fee, although there's also a better chance you'll actually get to plant your posterior. That party's being hosted by the Outlaws, Nottingham University's American football team, so you'll even be able to see some gridiron heroes up close.
