Foale to deliver NTU lecture
ROBIN Foale, managing director of Santander UK, is returning to his former university, Nottingham Trent, to share his experience of a career in banking, which includes overseeing the re-launch of Santander Business Banking.
Mr Foale, managing director of retail banking in London and the South East, restructured and relaunched Santander's Business Banking in the UK under the banner "The Start of Something New In Business Banking".
He reviewed all roles and supporting teams to achieve ambitious expansion plans, while launching a new range of products, up-skilling staff and improving customer service.
Mr Foale will discuss his approach to the business case for expansion and how he used his degree and 25 years' experience in banking. A graduate in leadership from the university, and a visiting Fellow of Lord Ashcroft International Business School, he regularly gives presentations on business leadership, and corporate and cultural change.
