Firefighters tackle city centre blaze
FIREFIGHTERS have this morning being tackling a blaze in the city centre.
Four engines from Central, Arnold and Carlton fire stations attended the incident at the Bowman Telephone Exchange in Bath Street, at about 10.50am.

A Notts Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said the small electrical fire had been caused by an overheated lift motor.
No one was injured.
