Faulkner joins Fraser Brown
NOTTINGHAM law firm Fraser Brown has appointed Chris Faulkner as a senior associate in its corporate team.
Mr Faulkner, who specialises in corporate finance, joins the firm from Geldards. He qualified more than eight years ago and covers all aspects of corporate law, such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders agreements and partnership matters. He specialises in banking and finance work.
Mr Faulkner will work alongside Gavin White, partner and head of the corporate department bringing the corporate and commercial team to a total team of five lawyers. Mr White said "The past 12 months have been positive for our corporate department and the outlook for the next 12 months looks equally positive. The addition of Chris enhances our offering to clients and strengthens our team."
