Fasten your seatbelts – Pam Ann is landing at the Playhouse
PAM Ann has been around the block – and the world – a few times.
But the air hostess-themed comedian (the more modern "flight attendant" seems wrong here) still draws a loyal crowd – who will be out in force when she lands at Nottingham Playhouse on Wednesday.
Billing herself as the "brand new face of London Heathrow Sky Team's Terminal 4", Pam – a creation of Australian comedian Caroline Reid – has a schtick heavy on air travel humour and the stereotypes that go along with various national airlines (and nationalities), but it's one that gets updated enough to keep the fans happy.
Pam lists Cher, Elton John and Madonna among close personal jet-set friends, but she's always happy to return to Nottingham.
