Driver arrested after woman seriously injured in Arnold crash
A WOMAN is seriously injured in hospital after a crash in Arnold yesterday.
A 31-year old man has been arrested in relation to the crash, on suspicion of dangerous driving and driving while unfit through drink or drugs.

He has been bailed pending further enquiries.
The crash happened on Calverton Road at around 3.30am when a silver Peugeot 307 left the road and went into a ditch near the Dorket Head junction.

A 29-year-old woman was taken to the Queen’s Medical Centre where she remains in a stable condition.
A number of other people in the vehicle sustained minor injuries.
Anyone who may have see the vehicle prior to the collision, is asked to call the Crash Investigation Team on 101, extension 800 2225.
