Danny Parekh murder trial to begin again today
THE trial is due to resume today in the case of two people charged with murdering father-of-one Danny Parekh.
The 21-year-old died after an incident in a children's playground in Oakleigh Street, Old Basford, on July 7 last year.

Joshua Davey, 20, is alleged to have murdered Mr Parekh after stabbing him.
A 16-year-old boy, who cannot be named, is also accused of murder.

The prosecution alleges he wanted revenge on Mr Parekh after being humiliated in front of his friends by him only hours earlier.
Davey, who at the time was living in Deptford Crescent, Bulwell, and the 16-year-old both deny murder.
The teenager also denies encouraging or assisting an assault on Mr Parekh and a further charge of assault occasioning actual bodily.
The case is set to resume at Lincoln Crown Court at 10am.
