Cooper shines as Pinxton taste success
A JAY Cooper hat-trick kept up Pinxton's challenge in Black Dragon Division South, as they won 4-1 at Real United.
Darren Bettison added the visitors' other goal, while Jay Lee Hodgson replied.
Real began well with a brilliant goal from Hodgson after only four minutes.
Two minutes later Cooper headed the equaliser and then rattled the bar with a typical free-kick.

Greg Marriott ran through midfield and found Cooper who got a good touch which beat the keeper and prodded into the empty goal.
Pinxton scored again on 54 minutes, Cooke was brought down by Chris Pap and Cooper completed his hat-trick.
After 76 minutes, Cooke was brought down by the keeper. This time he took the penalty himself but keeper Ryan Murphy got his foot to the ball.
Cooke made the last goal, crossing for Bettison who collected the ball with his chest and fired into the opposite side of the goal.
Pinxton take this good win back home next week for the Mickleover Royals game (3pm).
