Company running Opal student accommodation in Nottingham goes into administration
A COMPANY which runs student accommodation in Nottingham has gone into administration.
Administrators from KPMG have been appointed to oversee the Opal Group.

David Crawshaw and Rob Croxen, restructuring partners at the firm, will oversee the running of the accommodation in cities including Nottingham.
The Opal accommodation in St Peter's Street, Radford, opened about two years ago.

Mr Crawshaw said: "Our primary aim is to avoid disruption or inconvenience to students and tenants at the sites. We are now in the process of detailed analysis of the finances of the business, with a view to stabilising their operations."
The group has said day-to-day running of the site will continue as normal.
