Coaker is guest at Nottingham business club lunch
GEDLING MP and minister for schools and learners Vernon Coaker is the guest at the Nottingham City Business club on Friday, March 19.
The Labour MP won the seat in 1997 and defends a majority of 3,811 at the General Election expected in May.
Mr Coaker was previously minister of state for policing, security and crime and under-secretary of state in the Home Office. Before becoming an MP, he was deputy head teacher at Bigwood School in Nottingham, one of four schools that he taught at in the area.
