City site for 11 flats on offer as auction programme resumes
WE'VE already featured the most unusual lot in Heb's February auction – a former cemetery keeper's cottage just inside the gates of Kimberley Cemetery – but the firm says the sale is also going to be a bonanza for first-time buyers and investors.
Among the 17 lots on offer are what Matt Hilton, Heb partner and auctioneer, describes as "a whole range of bargain buys".
They include terrace homes with guide prices of £40,000, some in need of renovation.
There are investment opportunities, a one-bedroom bungalow at a guide of £45,000 to £50,000 and land on Woodborough Road, at its junction with The Wells Road, which previously had planning consent for 11 large flats and has a guide price of £90,000 to £100,000.

The auction starts at 2.30pm on Wednesday, February 13, at the Nottingham Gateway Hotel.
