Chris Squeezes it all in
Where is home for you?
On the south coast of England close to the sea, but not too far from the city.
Who do you share it with?
I have a future wife and seven children but they're not all mine. Three are steps.
How does the weekend usually start for you?
Work, walk and e-mails with requests for interviews. But that's just now when we are on tour.
What about if you're at home?
I like to make up songs and eat great food, three times a day. And I try and be happy with each hour God sends.
Which TV series or DVD box set are you currently watching?
I never really watch TV but when I do it's either news or weather or documentaries about people, places and things.
Do you go to the cinema much?
I love films but I've not been to see one for months. I just can't find the time.
What is your favourite food?
Fresh fish and chicken but mostly bread from the baker down the street.
If you order a takeaway what would it be?
Indian all day long but sadly where I live there are none so when I come on tour I eat curry all the time.
Do you keep fit at the gym?
I did and I hated it. It cost me a fortune to sit in the café and eat cake.
Which are you currently reading?
Pete Townshend's Who I Am. It's very good. Read it now!
Do you listen to any radio at the weekend?
Yes, all the time. It's always on in this house. Even the dog has a radio in his bed.
What sort of music do you play at home?
I never play music at home, only in the car.
Do you go to gigs, plays or comedy shows?
All of the above. It's nice to be out but home is where the heart is. And the cake.
What is your idea of a perfect weekend?
Floating on top of a pile of newspapers in my slippers with a pencil between my teeth. And some sleep too.
