Charity volunteer's Land's End to John o'Groats bike ride

This is Nottingham

A VOLUNTEER at a Nottingham charity will ride a bike from Land's End to John O'Groats.

Andrew Neel, 52, from Radcliffe-on-Trent, and his 18-year-old son Michael will set off on September 5.

He is a volunteer at the Nottingham Counselling Service.

    “Contrary to Dean's remark, I initially thought this was a very inventive cycle ride, mainly because I had never heard of John O'Gorats. However, I soon noticed that this was a typo,and that, in fact, it is the same dull old trek down the UK. Couldn't they spice it up a bit, perhaps do it blindfolded for instance?”
