Candidates announced for two Nottingham City Council by-elections

THE list of candidates has been revealed for two by-elections in Nottingham on April 4.

The elections will be held to fill two vacant seats on Nottingham City Council, following the death of Bilborough councillor Derek Cresswell and resignation of Wollaton East and Lenton Abbey councillor Stuart Fox.

  1. Ballotbox

Standing for the Bilborough ward will be David Bishop (Elvis Loves Pets Party), Katharina Boettge (Green Party), John Calvert (Liberal Democrats), Ian Culley (Conservative), Irenea Marriott (UKIP) and Wendy Smith (Labour).

Standing for the Wollaton East and Lenton Abbey ward will be Jeanne Parton (Conservative), Tony Sutton (Liberal Democrats), Andrew Taylor (UKIP) and Sam Webster (Labour).
