CCTV released after fuel theft at Mapperley petrol station

Police want to talk to the man in this CCTV image in relation to a fuel theft.

It happened at the Co-operative filling station in Woodborough Road, Mapperley in Nottingham at about 7.10pm on Saturday 12 January.

The car was filled up with £50 of diesel and driven away without any payment being made.

The man is described as white, of a skinny build with a shaven head and in his early 20s.

    “Am i being thick, or what,?
    Won't the registration number of the car give some sort of clue to the owner, or was it stolen.?
    This article doesn't say.!”
