JAKE Bugg might have missed out on a Brit Award last night but his dad said writing and performing was more important to his 18-year-old son. David Bugg, 39, a care home worker, said: "I'm not disappointed at all and I know Jake will be totally fine with the result." The Clifton chart-topper missed out on the award for British Breakthrough Act, beaten by folk musician Ben Howard.
