A BODY has been found which police believe could be a missing man.

The body was found by a passerby at about midday on Sunday in a wooded area off a bridleway in Main Road, Strelley.

Police believe the body could be that of father-of-three Richard Legge, 41, who went missing from his Bilborough home on Boxing Day.

Mr Legge's partner, Michelle Dewire, launched an appeal last week for help finding her partner after he disappeared at about midday from their home in Birchover Road after a disagreement.
